Electrodry Carpet Dry Cleaning Grafton

SO VERY DISAPPOINTED.Had a young man do my carpet in Grafton and I was not at all happy with the finished job. Carpet still looks dirty, He left the buffer sponge fresh & hot from the bathroom sit on the carpet soaking in while chatting and it took 3 hours before it felt dry to me on the 3 spots he did that. He didn't do behind the door and paint and stains on the carpet he said can't be removed. It took him maybe 40 min to do the house and about 20min chatting. I moved the chairs for him to them area's first and never asked me to move them back he just went around them where I moved them too and was already packing before I could say wait let me more the chairs your not finished yet. I told him the carpet doesn't look clean and he said it will when it dry's. Well it didn't look any better at all. I will never use ED again and I have already told all my friends to never use ED also. I would have been more happy if he took longer on the carpet and went over each area 2 or 3 times and not just one quick buff. He didn't even vacuum first. He was very nice to talk to and could spin a yarn seamed like a nice lad, I tried to not talk to much but he is quick to start a new topic and keep chatting. After about 1hr of him leaving I have a sales team knock on my door with Kirby Vac and since I just had the carpets so called professionally cleaned I took them up on there challenge that they could make the carpet even cleaner. Well I have to say the Kirby did a far better job then ED did, So good I bought one. The dirt the Kirby sucked out and how much cleaner the carpet got just from a demonstration was unbelievable. And the paint and stains so called can't be removed were removed from the Kirby. So much for can't be removed. I would suggest anyone who used ED to make sure he vacuums and goes over the carpet properly. One of my friends said he used ED before and was an older man and he was happy with the older mans cleaning. Maybe when making the call ask how long has he been cleaning carpets for before making the booking. Personally this was my first time to try ED and the last.

I booked via the online service which worked very well. I was contacted promptly and able to have the date I nominated. Electrodry Carpet Dry Cleaning arrived on time and the gentleman was professional and friendly. Promptly commenced work with minimal fuss leaving my carpets very clean. I was very happy with the result and quality of service Electrodry provided in Grafton and would utilise their services again.

They did a timber floor refurbish of my 10 year old polished timber floor. It came up looking just like new but at literally one quarter of the price of a full repolish. It's not a full sanding but a light skimming of the surface and then application of two top coats. Won't remove deep scratches but if you just need a recoating I highly recommend this service. Matt was very helpful and professional.

Disappointing experience the technicians were running late due to circumstances outside their control and rushed the job when they arrived to make up lost time. We paid extra for stain removal and were reassured that the stains were removed, only for the stains to reappear when the carpet dried. We have since hired a carpet cleaning machine and recleaned the carpets ourselves successfully removing the stains for a fraction of the cost.
