Didn't find staff as freindly as normal. Little annoyed that I purchased something then when I got home, realise a further discount was not deducted

These people are nice enough, but clearly only value their customers if they are likely to buy something. I don't like the hard sell ... it always seems manipulative to me. The product will sell it self TO a customer who wants it. You don't need to put on a hard sell and pressure a customer to the point they become flustered and leave. Be kind ... PEOPLE WILL ONLY BUY FROM PEOPLE THEY LIKE ...

Staff is very snobby if you aren’t dressed your best! Mary, one of the staff around New Year was incredible rude, belittling and smirking at me while proceeding my return and in the end it ended up it was all her mistake. Made me feel so little in front of other customers!! 7 months on and I’m not going back again to that store! Most of the time thinks they are all so important... whole actually they serve us...

5 stars purely for the customer service superstar that is Josh!I was coming from out north of the city and battling traffic to get to the store before 5:30pm. I called through and was lucky enough to get Josh, I explained the situation and that I was unfamiliar with the store layout. Josh was kind enough to offer me directions through he shopping centre to find the store, made it with 3 minutes to spare. Josh was lovely to deal with and went above and beyond. If only more mimco staff could be as wonderful and helpful as he is.
