I called Ryan when the shower spindle broke and started leaking. He promptly answered and advised how to close all the necessary valves to stop the water. Shameel who works for Ryan, did a splendid job repairing the shower and proactively detected other problem areas outdoor and the pipes from the water heater storage system. Both Ryan and Shameel were thorough and professional through out the job. I will definitely recommend Lifeproof for all plumbing needs.

Life Proof Plumbing was amazing and so incredibly helpful. We had a leak in our shower and a blocked toilet, which was obviously causing us problems. Ryan was quick to respond, drove over to assess the damage, and clearly explained everything that would be required for repair. The price was very fair, and the job was completed in less than hour. Ryan even checked in a few days later to ensure all the work was good. Definitely would recommend Ryan and Life Proof Plumbing.

The plumber came within a couple of hours to assess the issue, then returned an hour later with a brand new water heating system and installed it on the spot. No call out fee was charged and a minimal amount of money was charged for the work itself. Very prompt and efficient! No other plumber was able to come out until the following day even though we have had no hot water since the night before. Very highly recommended!

After 16 years living in our current house without any plumbing issues we have been very impressed with Ryan & Shammy's workmanship when we have had a couple of issues arise. We first found Lifeproof Plumbing when we discovered we had a water leak in our ensuite last Winter, only by luck we could hear a strange noise coming from the spa jets but we needed a local plumber with leak detection to find where exactly the leak was located. With their leak detection equipment Ryan and the team were able to pinpoint in moments where the leak was (luckily for us it was in behind the wall, not the tiles) and they were able to repair/replace the worn out pipe with minimal damage to the wall and surroundings. We were super impressed with the works carried out we didn't hesitate to call again 6 months later when one of our toilets continued to run and stopped flushing over the Christmas/New Year break. We also had a garden tap break on a Friday afternoon (when it rains it pours sometimes) - within an hour Shammy was able to repair the tap and also check out the toilet issues giving us a detailed scope of works, quote and his professional opinion for the best solution considering the age of our home. He recommended new replacement toilets as the parts would have been too hard to source to fix the old ones (due to age). Shammy was able to replace both toilets in the house first thing on the Monday morning (also arranging disposal of the old ones) and his workmanship and professionalism was amazing.
