Sorry to say but rudest service I've ever encountered. The lady with a European accent who I've approached twice to ask for specific items, stares at you straight as if annoyed that a customer would ask anything. The most recent time she rolled her eyes and acted like I didn't say anything. I live 2 minutes away, and will happily walk further for groceries given the lack of service and straight out disregard for the customers that I encountered. There are plenty of local shops that appreciate local clientele while having a base level of respect.

Hey Michael, please ask your staff NOT to smoke by the front entry, the smoke travels through the store and I was suffocating from the second hand smoke waiting for my turn at the cashier. I was livid. Otherwise, always happy to buy from your store when I visit K upstairs. Catch you next time. You still get 5 stars from me.

I don’t recommend their fresh produce. I purchased an iceberg lettuce, a brown onion and garlic. The iceberg lettuce was infested with bugs, the brown onion had mould and the garlic cloves were sprouted.

As a grocer it's a lot better than you'd expect from the outside. But. With the exception of the young Indian fella the service is about as pleasant as a prison warden.I've been a regular customer for some time now but will give my hard earned dollars to someone else now. Would rather deal with an indifferent employee than a rude one.

Ordered 2 mandarin,4 banana and some pantry items through Uber grocery (Uber eats) , got 2 rotten mandarins at $1.20 each and over ripped banana which you wouldn’t even feed to animals. If you don’t have good item in stock kindly just cancel the particular item than sending such rotten item which can affect someone’s health. Kindly educate staff and ensure food safety is always top most priority when selling it to customers.

Disgusting old lady with rude behaviour with no sense on how to approach customers or give them feedback. I am a regular customer but I would hesitate to go there now on. I am a regular customer until today, All other staff members are so good but this f lady if you don’t know how to approach or serve customers please don’t.

You guys need to seriously take the old lady out of the cashier! SHE IS SOOOO RUDE!!!I am a regular and find all the staff always helpful and friendly but that woman is absolutely unbearable!!! I used to try and be nice to her to see if that would get her to at least be polite but she's honestly a lost cause.Now i just dread going there and finding her and her bad attitude at the cashier. She is so rude it seriously puts me in a bad mood.I can understand you guys can need an extra set of hands but LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, that lady does more harm than good to your store.I, like many other customers, have stopped going there purely because of her.
