Don’t go with anyone else! We had previously signed our property to another well known agent in the area who failed to sell our home for the duration of the contract.We then decided to re-launch with Rob at Seachange. Rob immediately showed he had a positive and proactive energy - reaching out to a wide range of potential buyers that he already new were looking to purchase in the area. Despite us being in a different state, Rob kept us informed and did all the running around for us on the ground.One of the best things we found was the online system Rob used to keep us up to date with all the details of the campaign. Upon login, you could view every person who had checked into the property and when.
