Went to deliver a machine and the forklift guy was so rude don't go there plenty of other businesses around sydney

I highly recommend O'Brien Glass. I had my window fixed today and they were terrific. Starting with the friendly young lady who made the booking for me, she was professional, sweet and made the experience very pleasant. The glazier, Matt, was punctual, friendly, polite and very professional. He was knowledgeable and fixed the window swiftly and efficiently. The price charged was excellent, too.Thank you O'Brien Glass for your wonderful customer service, you should be very proud of the employees representing your company. I will recommend O'Brien glass to everyone.

Smashed my rear windscreen so called O’Briens to try and get a replacement organised. Waited on hold for 10mins but then they offered to hold my place in the queue and they’d call me when it was my turn (expected to be 5-10mins). Thankfully I didn’t keep waiting as now 33hours later and I still haven’t heard from them.Thankfully I called the Windscreen Replacers and they’ve already gotten me back on the road with a beautiful new windscreen.

After requesting a quote for a damaged glass on my property at Caringbah. It took Obrien glass 17 days just to have a look at the job. I was very clear about the urgency of the repair as access to the roof was poor and we had scaffold installed for ease.The people that called me where not at all helpful and showed very little desire to do there job.Given obrien is such a huge company I expected better than this. Luckily I spoke with 5 glaziers and all of the others were able to quote me within 2 days.

Bad customer service agent tonight. I returned a call that left a message saying my glass was ready. I was confused as neither I nor my dad who took my car in to get the chip repaired had asked for a new windscreen. He (not the man who left the message) was very patronising, refused to take three separate polite “thank you but no thank you”s as an answer, and got upset with me when I said I didn’t trust obrien anymore because they had turned my chip into a large crack and now wanted to charge me $1000 for a new windscreen when I had already received quotes from local reputable places for $600. I had accepted what had happened with the chip becoming a crack and moved on, I was just trying to understand my missed call and this agent has left me very frustrated.

Poor customer service damaged vehicle was told not sure when they could fix..I end up paying to have the broken part fixed myself broken wiper arms. went home with passenger wiper missing and driver side fell off Saturday afternoon..

Poor communication. Poor customer service. Booked a service and they sent a glazier out a day early without advising me because they were busy" on the scheduled date. Call to manager who was rude and hung up on me. Cancelled job. Several calls made before I got my refund. Used a local glazier instead."

If there was a lower star rating i would be giving it! I was booked in two weeks ahead of time, was very clear on the location of the booking needed, took the day off work (i work for myself) to have my windscreen replaced to find out they have booked me in accidentally to another branch almost 2 hours away, and the branch i attended didn't have the windscreen for my car in stock. When lodging a complaint, they admitted after listening to the recorded conversation it was their fault, but declined to offer any compensation. So now im out $1500 from taking the day off and still no replacement windscreen. How unprofessional!!! Will be informing RACV of my experience also, as O'Brian is their preferred repairer with windscreen insurance cover.

Dallas quoted and measured for a doggy door. Went above and beyond walking me through the process, very informative and punctual. Pleasure to deal with

The most appalling treatment of customers. I was told between 9 and 1pm still no show at 230 tried ringing all day when i finally got through I was met with rudeness and no satisfaction. Completely disgraceful go somewhere else my insurance chose them I wish they didnt. Still dont have a new windscreen.
