I don't usually write reviews as they are only the experiences of my own. However, in this case I feel it necessary as what has occurred by using this company is absolutely unacceptable!I contacted Terry at Chasemaster for some basic chasing in my apartment. The existing channeling and conduits in the ceiling were discussed and Terry promised me of his experience and his duty of care. Terry advised that 'cash only payments' were required, and did not provide me with a receipt. Once the works were complete, I realised the electricity in my apartment did not work. Terry had in fact cut through the metal conduit not once, but twice! See images supplied.This is dangerous, irresponsible, unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
