I got a lot of benefit from my sessions here. The 8 week course with exercise classes on Mondays and Education on Fridays coordinated / run by Alex were great. I really learnt a lot, and felt encouraged and supported by the team to keep going and improve. I continued on with Alex as my personal trainer, who developed a programme tailored to my needs (L/spine injury), which really helped with flexibility and pain management. I highly recommend the Clinic to anyone with an injury or a health problem - it will change your life!

Hopeless communication. I rang them to organise an appointment, but their lines were busy, so I left a message to return my call. Nobody bothered to call me back. Rang them the next day and was told that they didn’t have my doctor’s referral and that they would look into it and call me back. I’m still waiting for that return phone call 2 weeks later..I don’t think I’ll bother.
