Another great Bunnings experience again thanks to the awesome staff, particular shout out to the fantastic young person with piercings/tatts who helped me out tremendously. They were so so helpful and a great energy. 5 stars!!

DO NOT BUY THE HOT FOOD!I bought a pie and it must have been sitting for days! There was no meat in it as it had all dried out and it was as thin as a pancake.

We were helped greatly by Ellie (Lifestyle) while looking for a garden mesh fencing on Thursday, 15th June. She was friendly and competent, not only helping to find a suitable item, but giving some advise too. Later in the day, she also helped with the garden watering products. We are very grateful for a very good service.

I've actually got a love - hate relationship with this place. I love all the tools and equipment, but I hate the lackluster service. You can never find anyone to help you, and if you happen to find someone, they're too busy with whatever to give you 2 minutes of their precious time, which often just leaves you feeling annoyed and frustrated.

Only ever one register open. Self check out is ALWAYS closed. When asked the staff say there’s not enough staff to man the self checkout but when there’s 2 staff on the information registers and a line of over 30 people would it not make more sense to put one staff on the self checkout area which then opens 6 registers? Either understaffed on the daily or the manager has no idea how to allocate staff. Either way that’s the last time I (and as I heard in the line just now about 15 others) will be going to this store. Hopefully Mentone's manager has a little more intelligence and common sense!

Friendly greetings, but not enough staff manning check out (only one for the store). Couldn’t find stocked item. Staff couldn’t find it either and told me to go to Oakleigh store. It would also handy if there was a guide to refer to when trying to find an item.

Along with Bunnings Mentone, this is by far one of the better Bunnings stores I've visited. Staff are great but sometimes, especially on weekends they can be hard to locate so a tip is to do your homework online and work out what isles your items are in.Specials are great too but get in early as they do often run out of hot catalog buys. The kid's play area is a good touch and you can easily keep an eye on them while having a coffee in the adjacent coffee shop.So my gripes are that staff are sometimes hard to find, especially on weekends and another issue is that the lighting in many of the aisles is not the best so reading pricing and product details can be difficult at times, especially if you have sight difficulties.

It's a Bunnings like many others.Heaps of parking, although on a weekday it was really busy.Standard Bunnings layout inside, with most stuff clearly priced. I missed the usual Sausage Sizzle they have for various fundraisers at the front. The smell of frying onions and bangers on the grill outside a Bunnings on a summers (or winters) day is a quintessentially Aussie experience.
