Best flour mill in Perth !! but 100% needs aprons specifically when you’re working in the fawema room, to help limit flour getting on your clothes.

Easy to find, get around yard with pocket train ok, just have to back up hill to grid. No dust extraction and tail wind, so everytime I opened door, cab got another layer of dust. Apart that Good place.
