Awful management!They c cancel your job just 3 hours before it supposed to arrive without any regrets!We order concrete one week ahead for another fencing job in Woolmar. Sunshine branch took all details including full address of the job and assured that you booked in.On the day when it was supposed to arrive, we received call that cost would be much higher than normally because they haven't look up the location until 3 hours before truck must be loaded.When we called to see why nobody notified us in a timely manner our job has been cancelled completely.Managment is not helpful at all, they are admitting that problem happened on their end because of their employers haven't checked address. While top management was telling us that it is impossible to deliver concrete to us, we received call from the plant asking whether it still ok to deliver for additional cost and it makes whole situation even crazier.The higher management chain you get, the more indifferent staff is. We want to mention were involved in that problem:Mark - plant operator (took the order)Samuel - branch managerIzack - head of salesRihanna - operation manager (canceled the order)

Great job done by Wagner’s they were on time the mix was perfect and cleaned up after themselves. Excellent service.
