Best massage I’ve ever had!!I’m not normally one for massages but I’m so glad I booked for the 90 minute full body massage and reflexology. I’ll defiantly be back and making this apart of my routine!!

I've been getting a massage every month at my regular, I was shopping so figured I would try it. Asked for a neck, shoulder and back with oil. He was terrible, did only the side of my back and no where else, didn't even touch the shoulders and was clicking" the cartilage on neck which hurt a lot. Despite me telling him and to ease of the pressure

I have been a regular customer here typically for the $25 neck and shoulder massage to relieve stress and alleviate the posture related back pain I suffered from back to back office life and student life. I have had massage elsewhere but I'm yet to find somewhere that competes with the service here.They get straight to the point and do an incredible job of targeting pain and/or a offering relaxing experience.Highly recommended.

I went today. Full body massage and reflexology. Supposed to 90mins only got 80mins the massage was noway full body. Won't be back.

Edit: Recent massages have been average at best. Staff member at the front (approx 30 year old guy) has the personality of a burnt crumpet._______________________________________________Decent massage, always ask for an experienced staff member for the best massage.

Don't bother wasting your time or money. Went in today for a full body remedial massage worst massage of my life. My 7 year old could have done a better job. Young girl with glasses did massage like she never done one before. I have massage every month and know exactly what should be done. This girl kept sitting on the bed used only 1 hand 90% of the time pressure was inconsistent and she SAT ON MY HAND TWICE! Didn't keep other leg covered when doing legs exposed both was very cold. Also she didn't even massage front of body (legs) stayed flat down the whole time! Absolute joke! Many more reputable massage places around thought I would give them a chance as SIlK massage was closed. Big dissapointment!

Me and my family were all going here and they do good massages but the reception is so rude that I walked away. They don’t say hello or how are you or anything. It’s actually weird. I go to the one upstairs now

Worst experience ever.Asked for a neck shoulder back massage.Lady did left shoulder back and upper and lower leg?? Then someone came in and they were talking back and forwards between them selves. Then they had a person swap, and a guy took over. Then he went back up the left side then down again.. then moved to the right side. Up my leg and stop start on my back. Then back leg again. Back up to back. Then heard the person was finishing so went to shoulders did the cup slap they do at the end and done... didn't even touch my neck! Which is what I went in there for. Very unhappy with my service overall.

My partner and I have visited Rongs massage for the last 4 years and what is the best thing is the massage therapists don't change. I'll continue to support this business because they are very good at what they do!
