Used for conveyancing. Slow to respond if responded. The best part was after mutually signing a costs agreement every single fee increased.Your choice but I recommend AVOID.

Do not use this firm. Their mistakes in a simple property purchase cost me a very large sum of money with no compensation available from this firm. Very awful experience and I recommend not using this firm

Our agent PRD Reality Real Estate recommended DBL solicitors as we are from NSW.They drew up the house sale contract and were in constant communication and advice. Carol was well spoken and professional. All searches and bank loan were completed.
