When I’m shopping for shoes I always check to see what is in stock at Shannon’s Shoes. I’m a long way away in NSW but their online store is speedy quick and like having a personal shopper. They call and check on details, returns are super easy and when I stuff up and buy the wrong colour, they help out with lots of options.They really look after their customers and they carry my favourite Frankie4 shoes. So perfect shoe and perfect shopping experience for me!

Although on this occasion we had to return the shoes for reasons not connected with the quality or style of the shoes. They were perfect. There was a foot problem!Nonetheless, Shannon's stood out for their quality of service. Outstanding. The matter was dealt with courteously and promptly and a full refund was provided on return of the shoes.Yes, we would definitely shop online again with Shannon's shoes.

I bought my 1st pair of Frankie 4s at Shannon's shoes, with the helpful advice and professional fitting of staff, in the convenient location of Bullcock st Caloundra. These shoes fit well and assist with my painful foot condition. I will be heading back to Shannon's Shoes for my next shoe purchase.

Lisa and the ladies at Shannon's Shoes are amazing. So polite and friendly and so happy to help. I love strolling in their on a Sunday when the Markets are on. The range of ladies shoes are endless and I always tend to find something that I love.
