Our company signed a contract with Bold Design to set up an e-commerce website earlier last year and paid in full amount. There had been a lot of delays ever since the start of the project. Right after the handover of the website, numerous bugs and problems were found. Ridiculously, the website was hosted on the wrong site! Bold can see clearly from the backend where the hosting site was, but they did not inform us that the hosting website was in London, which had been the main cause of the website’s extremely slow response issue. Our staff including company directors made every endeavour to contact Bold for solutions but got ignored or delayed answers. This left us no choice but to find a third-party company for further assistance.Bold then refused to offer any assistance to fix the existing issues caused by their incompetency, their reason was that our company had already found a third-party company to help us, therefore they would not offer any further assistance. Before and after the handover of the website, our colleagues spent a lot of time and effort locating the issues and bugs, communicating with Bold for solutions, seeking external assistance and etc. Three of our staff had to work overtime to make sure that their normal duties could be carried out without delays, just to solve the issues left by Bold.In short, our company suffered a great loss in marketing expenses, online sales, and labour costs due to the faulty website. Please think carefully before you make the decision of using this company for web design!

I strongly advise against using this website development company. Our experience with them was a complete disaster. The website they built for us was expensive but full of bugs and did not work properly.To make matters worse, they delayed the project for an unreasonable amount of time, causing us to miss important products launching deadlines. It was incredibly frustrating to try to communicate with them throughout the process as they were often unresponsive and difficult to reach. They also left our own staff to do the debugging.Overall, we had a extremely terrible experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. They did not deliver on their promises, left us with a faulty website, and caused us a lot of unnecessary stress, extra work and losses. Avoid them at all costs.
