All Innovative Building

For years we wanted to renovate our home but every time we spoke to a builder we didn’t feel confident to proceed. Brad and the amazing team at AIB have been working with us since 2020 and every project has been finished to the highest standard - we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From consultation stage to bringing our vision to completion Brad has calmly worked through every detail with us. The team at AIB have renovated our laundry, carports, landscaped and created a stunning outdoor entertaining area with complete pool facelift, installed a d/s gas marble fireplace and more. We are so happy with their work that this year they are back to replace the verandahs , bedroom and ensuite.I can thoroughly recommend this amazing team.

We had All Innovative Building complete two full bathroom renovations in our investment property. Brad and his team completed an amazing job within budget and on time. Brad's professionalism with us, our tenants, the real estate and body corporate was above and beyond what we could of expected. We had All Innovative Building extend our upstairs area as well as renovate 2 bathrooms and install a new pergola. They did an amazing job, we are so happy with it all!! I was lucky enough to have Brad and Dan build for me my custom home, and I believe their first build from start to finish. Brad was committed to make my dream a reality, and since this was a build from drawing up the plans to occupation certificate there were many obstacles.Brad liaised with the architect, surveyors, structural engineers, council and even my housing loan company in a very mature and professional way. All obstacles were successfully overcome without compromising my beautiful home.I had very strong opinions on how my home should look and Brad worked with me to accommodate my budget and wishes. We engaged Brad and his team to source and install new windows and a door in our old terrace which required some building expertise. Brad was great to deal with - professional, friendly and responsive and his team were really considerate while on site, making sure to clean up at the end of the day and completing the work to a high standard. When we first met Brad we knew that he was going to be the right person for our job.
