Worse, dry cleaners in Ipswich took my clothes here only been worn ones next to brand-new outfit they messed it up the colour was different and they told me they cannot do anything about it. I would not recommend anyone going there. You guys should be out of business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I put my coat in for dry cleaning for my first time ever and was told it would be ready in 3 days (Monday). I went in the following Monday and they couldn’t find it. I was told it might still be at the dry cleaners. They told me they would contact me. A week passes and nothing. I go in again and they say that they will call the company and get back to me. Another week passes and nothing. I go in again and they say the exact same thing. I knew by then that they had lost my coat and they finally confirmed. They said they would reimburse me for my coat and when I told them how much they said that the owner was overseas and they would need to contact him but will contact me. Then they asked what size I was and maybe they could buy me one which I found odd. Another week passes and no contact. I then sent them an invoice to pay me for my coat and the service I didn’t receive that I had paid for. I ended up going in again requesting a refund. They refunded me for the service but not the cost. Instead gave me the dry cleaners number. Found out that there are more cases like this by calling their dry cleaners directly. Something suss going on there. Their communication and empathy is non-existent.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!! Would happily give ZERO STARS if I could!!! Much like a lot of the other recent reviews I’ve read on here today for this place! I just put a jacket in a week ago to have a huge hole fixed up. Came in today (Wednesday) for pickup and as I walked up towards the place they already had their doors shut across. They didn’t even close until 5pm and I walked in there at 4:40pm. I proceeded to the door which was still open a tad on the side and yelled out “hello”. A man walked out and just goes “yeah” I said I was just here to pick up my jacket and handed him the paper slip. He walked off to the back and grabbed my jumper. When he walked back out he was SO RUDE! He handed me my jumper and before I could even take a look at it first he started closing the door back up in my face! I was shocked and disgusted! He started walking away and I then tapped on the door and said to him “yeah great customer service mate”. For starters I was there before their closing time so their doors shouldn’t have even been closed!!! And secondly the way I was treated was appalling and disgusting! I will never recommend this business to anyone and I suggest you go somewhere else with much better customer service! I will never be spending my money there ever again! They are also way overpriced! How on earth is this business still running with all the reviews I’ve read today! Absolutely Shocking! Please spend your money elsewhere, they definitely don’t deserve it!!!

Look… I had high hopes, but in all honesty it was not a nice experience. In the initial consult I was steamrolled by the clerk; they wouldn’t listen to what I wanted and just spoke over me. When I got the call to pick them up, I received unfinished pants with pins in them. They apologised and told me they will do the job again.I payed 68 dollars, have worn them once since being altered and the stitching is already coming away. Go somewhere else!

Got my wedding dress altered here, thought they were great, and quick. Went back after the day to get it dry cleaned and my husband was told it would need a quote, and he would get a call in a few days. Queue one month later we went back to see what the hold up was, only to be told the lady wasn’t there and to come back another day. Went back again, a few weeks later and now all of a sudden they have changed dry cleaning people, cool just give me my dress I’ll get it done else where. They had to go pick it up from the person they will call me when it is in the shop. It has now been 3 months and my dress has not come back and I am still waiting. Just went back in for the third time, the lady is over seas and I don’t know anything was the response I got from the very rude man. I honestly don’t know how this business is still running. I just want my dress back.

Had 2 pair of jeans shortened for $25 each. Ready in 2 working days and an excellent job on both.

I paid almost $100 for several dirty jackets for dry cleaning. After several days they were returned with very bad odours and looking like they had only been ironed and not been cleaned. Would not recommend their dry cleaning services.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star - thanks google for not providing an option of ZERO STARS. To say that I had the most awful experience would be an UNDERSTATEMENT! I took my hens dress to be taken in slightly - emphasis on SLIGHTLY. The “overseas” lady who “works” there took it in too much and my dress went from a size S to the equivalent of an XXS. Not only did I struggle to get it over my head, I could barely breathe in it once forcing it on. I politely asked them what could be done as my dress was essentially ruined - like many others on here, I had been told “to come back in a few days” the lady who did it won’t be in. I came back in and politely asked was there anything they could do to fix the dress or rectify the result of an incorrect alteration that I now have a ruined hens dress. *drum roll* I got dismissed for requesting a solution be provided. My humblest advice to anyone reading my review - please do not go here! The customer service was appalling! The invisible alterations lady always coincidentally GOES MISSING when there’s an issue and the man there is dismissive, rude and blunt! Save your money and go to someone who is honest, accountable and caring for the services they provide.

0 STARS!!!! Took my dress in to be taken in and firstly I got scammed with hidden costs and then they stuffed up my dress and made it too tight that it wasn’t wearable. Then when I took it back so it could get fixed (keep in mind this was all within a couple of days) the old lady said to me “maybe you've just gained weight” and laughed. This was infuriating for a store assistant to make comments on my weight like that and take no responsibility of their mistake. The lady said she’ll fix it and I went back to collect many times only for it to not be ready they were “too busy to do it.” This business was a nightmare to deal with, caused a lot of stress and highly unprofessional, overpriced and unreliable and I would not ever put my trust in them again. If you’re smart GO ELSEWHERE!
