If this is the same guy that runs Big John's Pool Fencing then Maddi is right takes your deposit then becomes uncontactable. Still waiting for our deposit to be returned. Not going to hold my breath.

John initially gave us a quote for the installation of a small portion of additional glass pool fencing and to repair some damaged metal fencing. We paid a deposit. He was consistently hard to get hold of, often not answering our calls, and then not returning voicemails or text messages. He kept promising to turn up to do the work and then not showing up and not contacting us to say why. We have now been waiting 4 months. He is completely uncontactable now and has not returned our deposit. He has behaved similarly with Consumer Affairs Victoria who followed up on our behalf. If we want our deposit of almost $1000 back we will need to lodge a case with VCAT.
