These guys are quintessentially professional mechanics. Props to Guy and Troy. They did an excellent work with my old honda crv struts and when there was a problem with the subframe of the car which i do not imagine had got anything with the work they've done, they rectified it without a charge. Excellent service and understanding of customer needs

Midas Strathpine truly personified great and personal customer service. Not only did they fix my problem, they found another problem and fixed it for free (goodwill). It’s rare to see service like this these days.They have since called me and arranged a replacement part for my other issue. These guys are legends and have kept me updated every step of the way.

Rip offs....charged me 2166 to not even touch my car but make more problems....after going to another mechanic and telling me you didn't even do what you said.I will be taking you to small claims and getting my money back. And telling everyone to write a bad review and never to go to midas again. Dunlop's fixes all your mistakes and did it free of charge.....and upon getting inspection they seem that you guys loosened out sub frame and control arm bolts. You guys are dodgy as

I am always hesitant taking my vehicle to mechanics but the guys at Midas Lawnton were so helpful and friendly. They were so informative with what was wrong with my vehicle which I appreciated. I found them to be very reliable and trustworthy and that's why I choose Midas in Lawnton.

Staff are courteous but on a surface level.Long story short, I put my car in as their were a few drops of oil appearing on my garage floor. Was told the issue was the power steering pump and they would need it for a couple of days. Fair enough, so whilst it was there, they had it for 3 days, did a service, replaced 2 oil cooler lines and the oil pressure switch. Cool. 2 weeks later the oil leek was much worse so took it back, had to direct them to what the issue might be after being told it was something unrelated. Fair enough. Whilst they had it I got them to do brakes, rotors, front calipers and rear shocks. They had the vehicle for 6 days in total over 2 visits. After spending $5000 (I’m not upset about being over charged, but it is a significant amount of coin) with them they couldn’t wait till closing time for me to pick the car up. Who really needs their car anyway. I hope I don’t need to drop it back anytime soon.

I'm sorry to say that I will not be returning to Midas which I have been with them for over 10 years. The past few services I had there were problems from previous service that was never mentioned in the next service and I mentioned it to them but the last time I went and dropped of my vehicle, I went and picked it up and I can just tell they didn't even touch my vehicle, there was no marks of touched of cleaning as they always had when I go to pick up my vehicle and two days later my engine light came on, also they expected me to go back sooner than the usual 6 months or 50ks whichever comes first. I no longer trust some of the workers there as I know some are trustworthy and some are not. Thank you David for a great experience and now it's time to move on
