Active Glow Wellness Training
Amy expresses encouragement and having correct technique, fitting with my primary goals as well as contributing support on overall nutrition and health. My sessions are jam packed with tips, personal stories, conditioning injury relief and strengthening target areas. After each session I am becoming more positive and thankful for myself doing it, boosting my mood for the rest of the week! She provides ample of outdoor space with a variety of equipment for both males and females at any fitness levels.
