I must compliment Mark, Noel and the lass on reception, as well as the outdoor staff of the Council, on their professionalism, competency and friendly approach when I reported an issue that arose during a visit to Cowes recently. Staff acted swiftly to remedy the matter Well done all!

Home care service was very disapointing! Workers always finish early and don't even do the bare minimum. Similarly the respite workers are not trained to work with children with disibilties.

i rang bass council health department requesting a septic tank permit and they were pleasant, helpful and the permit was sent to my builders within the hour and i would like to thank you.

why are people allowed to park from the opposite side of road...why are people allowed to park where ever they feel like it at guide park....both are dangerous to pedestrians and other drivers

Why wouldn’t you increase the general waste collection to weekly over the very busy Christmas/New Year period. Uncollected general waste bins everywhere. The others are weekly, so why not general waste for this period. Very average service.
