South East Airport Shuttle

We had their service (return trip form home to the Melbourne airport) recently. Their service is excellent. Driver was on time, ride was smooth. they provided us a big van just for our family, carrying big luggage was so smooth. Prices are very reasonable. Keep up the good work guys. Can't recommend enough.

Have only just discovered this company. Excellent service, owner is lovely, cost effective for a family of 6 travelling.Definitely will recommend to everyone, and will use this service from now on.

Used it first time and it was really good and no issues.

Had south east shuttle booked for a pickup to the airport for 5:30am. No one turned up, was unable to get in contact with anyone after calling and messaging for a good 50min while waiting for them to come. 1hr later I hear from them but at this point it was to late and I had to make other arrangements to the airport

Got recommended to this company and they really do deliver as promised. We got picked up on time, arrived in the airport as scheduled, and going back is also a breeze, with the driver assisting us everytime to load/unload the baggages. We got the return date mixed up (it was our fault) but LJ sorted it in no time giving us a peace of mind and will re-use them again in the future.

Here's my timeline of events:1) Booked for a ride back home indicating flight arrival time of 10.50am2) Paid for the service3) Received a confirmation email to inform me pick up time is only at 1pm. I asked if it could be earlier but was informed pick up was on a 2hr time block (didn't see this on their website before I booked)4) At 1pm, no sign of van. No communication or update from company. Had to call twice to follow up5) Van arrived at 1.30pm, I grumbled how late it was, I was told that this is a 'shuttle service', so it is a 'flexi service'.6) Another passenger promptly turned up at 1.30pm (isn't pick up time in 2hrs block?)7) Driver dropped the other passenger first as location was nearer. Spent 45mins in the van.8) After dropping the other passenger, we spent another 45mins to reach our place.Conclusion: I paid the same amount I could have paid for an Uber to send me back directly in an hour, but I spent 4hrs waiting and commute instead. What upset me the most was zero communication and update that van was going to be late, and I had to follow up twice

Great and very much needed service. All the drivers are so nice, friendly and patient considering the crazy traffic they need to drive in. I highly recommend the South East Airport shuttle to everyone needing to travel to and from the airport. My only advice to travelers is to make sure you book the shuttle well ahead of time of your flight as the drivers have a difficult enough job driving through the traffic & any delays in traffic can occur at any time.

I recently flew into Melbourne Airport with an ETA of 4-30pm. Unfortunately my arrival was postponed by 6hrs due to engineering problems with plane. But continual feedback via SMS to my shuttle driver, provided me with great comfort and reassurance. I was immediately picked up at terminal , upon my arrival and driven to my chosen Dandenong hotel. After arriving at midnight, the driver also personally ensured that I could enter the hotel safely , out of hours which once again was greatly appreciated. As a result , I would not hesitate to rebook with this company upon my next scheduled visit to Melbourne.
