Hermann was very helpful in assisting me choose tiles for my new renovation. Very clear on cost, availability and was happy for me to take samples to try at home which was very helpful.

Fantastic service above and beyond what we have seen in other stores. We got given tiles to take home overnight to try out for colour proved invaluable. Service was fantastic when we needed an extra box of tiles Hermann helped instantly organising it for us. Pricing was fantastic too will definitely use again.

La Casa are so obliging. I had a fiddly job to find/match and cut two tiles from a very old laundry. La Casa managed to locate two suitable tiles, did the (very) fiddly cuts for me and even delivered them when they found out I didn't drive. Couldn't recommend this company highly enough. Thanks La Casa!

La Casa Tiles and Stone
My wife Monica and I visited La Casa Tiles as we were looking for good quality tiles for a bathroom renovation we were about to start.We received a great deal on the tiles but also advice on all aspects of the renovation, including all the other items and accessories required.Christian and George were both very helpful and obviously, both are very customer focused. I am definitely going back for the backyard reno we are doing next. If you are looking to build anything, I happily recommend La Casa for all your requirements.

Cannot recommend George at La Casa Tiles highly enough. He sourced 2 sheets of tiles that we desperately needed to replace some bathroom tiles. These tiles were impossible for us to find. He went out of his way to find and bring to his showroom what we needed at not extra cost to us. His showroom is not overly large with rows and rows of tiles that confuse you. He has beautiful tiles in stock and will get you anything you want. A real gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. You will not be disappointed. Please try the smaller businesses to keep them in business.

Made sure I was kept well-informed of my time-sensitive order and personally expedited delivery to help us out.Daniella, who we dealt with in store, was also very knowledgeable and helpful.Had a lot of difficulty sourcing our desired product before coming to La Casa. They were able to secure our required quantity at a good price.Artisan white gloss tiles from Spain - turned out great.Thanks a lot.

These are the most wonderful people you will meet in business. They were so helpful when we were purchasing the tiles for our bathroom. The owner came and measured the area to make sure that we ordered the correct amount of tiles. He delivered them to our door and unloaded them into our garage. We changed our mind on the grout we ordered and he exchanged it no problem. I just can't recommend them highly enough they were wonderful people to deal with.
