TC Classics

We would like to thank the team at TC Classic for their diligence and service while fixing our car after a rear end collision. They have gone above and beyond, and as promised returned our car to us as it was before the accident - good as new. They even went the extra mile to get in a specialist to check and recalibrate sensors even after the car manufacturer was unable to identify a problem with the rear sensors. Special thanks to John, Matt and Dave. Definitely recommend this business.

It took a long time to get my car back, however I accepted that COVID makes these things difficult.When I got my car back I was driving it for a day and it broke down because the engine overheated - they didn’t put ANY coolant in it. I NEVER would let my car do this, very disappointing.Today I went to get a new battery put in, the person fitting it advised me that the air filter hadn’t been reattach and was sagging loose under the bonnet. I took it to a mechanic who has confirmed that this hasn’t been done and showed me where important bolts weren’t there at all.Very disappointing to trust people to do something properly- especially when you don’t have knowledge of cars- only to find out they had done the wrong thing, multiple times.

I had a dent and some scruches on the side of front door from the accident, but .....TC Classic totally amazed me when l got my car after fixing!! My car came back just as same as the condition when l bought it neay 9 years ago!! She was given a new lease of life!! I couldn't believe how beautiful she is now.Thankyou sooo much TC Classic!! Recently had two cars through for body repair and John and the team did a great job on both. Received the cars back as good as new. John quoted a fair price for repairs. Repair manager took time out to check the car in detail with me to make sure I was happy. And the guys in the office kept in touch when needed regarding ordering of parts and expected times for completion/pick up. Turnaround time was impressive.Very happy with the overall experience with TC Classics and would highly recommend them.

Just picked up my cat today after insurance repair. Totally happy... from reception service, update of repairs and best of car was thoroughly cleaned upon repair. Lovely surprise as never had that happen before at other places. Highly recommend.

Update ...now TC classic is saying my panel was damaged before the accident and won't fix it but took payment from RAC for the job they supposedly done !!!! Please ppl DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE THEY WONT FIX DAMAGE AND WILL BLAME YOU !!!Worst place ever..panel that was damaged in accident wasn't replaced but was told it was !! They will stuff your car more if you take it to them !!! Time for RAC to ditch dodgy companies like these cause in the end it's costing the insurance companies more to rectify it!!!

I have used T C Classic for about 5 jobs since 1974. Always so good.This time I had to wait a long time for a part to come from Japan.(late r/t Covid delays).Today I went there, & the gentleman fixed that job, but he also noticed at the front of my car, that the long plastic piece was hanging down underneath on one side where I had touched something . He fixed it without telling me.I said there's a bit of plastic at the front
