Kew Accident Repair Centre

I don't normally write reviews but it is just so rare to get really great customer service nowadays. I was driving past KARC the other day and stopped into their office to get some advice on how to best do a small fix on my car. Before I knew it, Ian had offered to have a look. Not only did he have a look, he took it upon himself to spend the 5 minutes to actually just do the job. When I offered to pay as I was so grateful for his time, he said not to worry about it. Good old fashioned customer service. I would return in a second if I actually needed some car repair works done. Thanks again Ian.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Tony whilst getting my vehicle repaired. Having said that, everyone I came into contact with at Kew Accident Repair were extremely friendly and professional.I had the rear door replaced on my new van which I recently purchased as a demonstration vehicle. To be honest, it came out looking better than when I picked it up from the dealer!Their attention to detail is superb and it was ready at the exact time I was told it would be. They also provided me with a great little loan car.If you need your vehicle repaired I would suggest you look no further.

Unfortunately I was recently in a car accident, in my distressed state I sought advice from Kew Accident Repair Centre as I remembered they did a good job fixing my old car a long time ago. Ian came to my aid, not only with his expertise did he give me great advice but he also helped me deal with the other driver as well as their insurer. He went above and beyond to really help me and make the entire process go smoothly, I really outstanding service I received here, highly recommended.

I'm very happy about their customer service and the professional repair. Ian is so helpful and professional.You can compare the outcome they had done. The previous panel centre made my car into 2 colours after the repair. You can see they are very capable to match the colour and I'm happy with the outcome. Thank you so much. My 10yo Kia has been the workhorse for my family and she has suffered a few dings, scrapes and trolley bashing over the years. As a local resident I had seen KARC and their loan cars around and thought this is the place I will try first when I had been sideswiped in another carpark.Ian and the team managed my claim from start to finish with professionalism, great communication and I got a loan car to get me to and from work.My car was returned to me in amazing condition, in fact it looked like a brand new car. KARC had repaired the scratches, detailed the car and it looked a million dollars. The quality of the repair was simply exceptional. Ian also went beyond the call of duty to source and install a new tail light and install it for me.I would recommend KARC without hesitation to anyone. Thank you for such exceptional service.

Tony you and Mark and the team at KARC have done a magnificent job on my pride and joy - the Porsche Boxster S. This is the third car car he has repaired for my family. The respray and minor body work is outstanding. I feel like I have a brand new car. I appreciate the pride, passion and quality you put into your work and wanting the best outcome and experience for your clients. Matt and the team at KARC were fantastic. After I had my accident they handled everything for me and gave me a loan car while my car was being repaired.I am very happy with the service I received from them. I highly recommend.

I am so incredibly impressed with the service I received. The last thing I wanted to deal with was fixing my car after I was hit by another driver. Matt made the entire process so easy and communicated with the insurance company so all I had to do was leave my car in his capable hands for a few days. It looks better than new and he even gave it a full clean when he was done. I’ll never take my car anywhere else

Incredibly friendly and professional service. They made the entire process so easy and hassle free. Providing a loan car was such a bonus. The turn around time was very quick. My car looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend KARC.
