Zero Alpha Data Recovery (Sydney)

I recently had an issue with my laptop on an ADATA SSD 960GB drive - it crashed. We all can get complacent with backups but when the going is good, we can all relax ... until it fails.My issue was not my programs as they can be re-installed (annoying but possible). My issue was my data drive (D:) with all my documents and images. Could I get them back??My business IT people had a go - but the unit crashed again, and they believed all was lost.That was when I searched for date recovery - and I found 'Zero Alpha Data Recovery - Sydney'. I was pleased with their 'no recovery - no fee' approach and was hoping they could do more with my dead drive.Well - I mailed my drive to the Sydney North site with a hand written note - no laptop access to a printer. After confirmation of receiving the drive, I was contacted and the process began,The result: I have all my D: document and images returned and back on my laptop.I was very impressed with my interaction with Zero Alpha. They were very professional - and personally interactive at the same time. Their fees are stated up-front and I believe, fair. I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.Thank you, Zero Alpha. I had a customer who lost all her photos on her SD card. I took it to Zero Alpha and they were able to retrieve 90% of her photos that were on the card. They were professional and very quick and did a great job.

I work in IT support and was presented with a failed external HDD at work. It belonged to a Senior VP who was using it for both personal and corporate data, in her words, the data was priceless! A quick inspection confirmed the worst, no data visible and the HDD looked to have some serious issues.I contacted John at Zero Alpha and arranged to drop the HDD off on a Friday afternoon. He looked at it the minute i arrived and started the process of recovering the data. He continued to run scripts and recovery tools over the weekend.A few days later i got a message saying the recovery was complete and minimal data (<1%) was lost in the recovery efforts. I got the HDD back from John and was amazed that the data (over 400GB) was recovered. There were a couple of files that didn't open properly and some email archives that needed further repair, but overall i was surprised and very happy with the data recovery! In discussion with colleagues, it also worked out to be significantly cheaper than other data recovery companies!

If you are contemplating using Zero Data Recovery services I would SERIOUSLY RECONSIDER.I have never written a Google Review.Zero Data Recovery were SO BAD I felt aggrieved and compelled to do so.I required data recovered off my smashed iPhone.I went with the service because they advertised on their website and directly that these projects would take anywhere between “one and up to four weeks.”The handset was sent from their Sydney office up to be serviced by Nathan who is based in Brisbane.Nathan was obstinate and negligible when providing job updates and time frames.The lack of and vagueness in his response to my few queries raised the strong suspicion whether he had made a genuine attempt to retain the data.5 weeks in and with little headway made I requested for the handset to be returned.Nathan and Zach both knew the project was time sensitive regardless of its success as I required a replacement phone before travelling overseas.Zero Data Recovery claims on their website to “return data from devices by express courier back to our happy customers.”Nathan sticking true to form was grossly incompetent using Aus Post meaning the phone took over a week to be returned.I understand that their service requires time and expertise.There is no guarantee on retaining your data.I fully accepted those two factors when going with Zero Data.However, where the company severely let me down was in their service commitments.None of what they advocate as a service came to fruition.I am surprised to read some of the other positive reviews. Mine couldn’t have been further from their experience.Empty promises!

We had over 4,000 photos disappear when my wife's IPhone died unexpectedly. Nathan recovered the photos with ease in just a few days and did an incredible job. Thanks Nathan!

Zero Alpha provided an incredble service to help us restore data from an M2 SSD drive we thought was dead. Our client had some very important data they needed recovered. The data was all restored perfectly. Highly recommended :-)

I took my damaged hard drive to another data recovery company and was not happy with the quote or the time frame needed to recover my data. I then took the same hard drive to Zero Alpha who did the job for less than half the price the other mob. In addition, they did the job within two days and recovered all of my data. I was very pleased with the result.
