My order was supposed to take three weeks, but it was ready after two months, and it was very noisy after installation, so I called the company the same day and said that I was not satisfied with the work, and someone was supposed to come and fix the problem in the next three days. After a week, he called me for free time. I am very dissatisfied with their work and do not recommend this company to anyone.

Can not praise this place enough. Were so helpful and accomadating. Had to be out off my rental property and they rushed through a new wardrobe door for me. Literally hours for them to have it ready. Workmanship top notch. Highly recommended

Rang for someone to come out and give us a quote. Told someone will be in contact with us in 48 hours. Then 5 days later got a call. Had an appointment booked which was then cancelled. Then the rebooked appointment was a no show. DISGUSTING - Going elsewhere now -missing out on two bathrooms Regency!!

I won't be using this company again! The consultant was rude and not helpful at all. The frame was then made the wrong colour. Once they got that sorted and it's installed the door is not on straight. I can't tell if it's the wrong size or incorrectly installed. The whole experience has been a joke.

Rang for a measure & quote and got told consultant would ring me to make a time which they did and was set for 2:30pm on a Friday give or take 30 minutes depending on other quotes being done. Not a problem so waited at 2:30pm and then at 3:37pm I got a call saying only 20 minutes away and at 4:28 I range the consultant to cancel as getting past the point of a joke now and got message bank which resulted in a phone call back at 4:30 to this time be told I am not far away now but I cancelled anyway. Rang head office at 4:35om to lodge a complaint. God knows how long they would take to install a job when they cannot even get to quotes within 2 hours of a time. I can imagine being promised 3 weeks and taking 3 months.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. She made us aware of what was available and answered all our questions. We were able to clarify what styles and materials would be best for us.

After being told our shower screen was due to be installed on a Monday, we arrived home saw that it had not been installed and was leaning up against our bedroom wall. We called to enquire what had happened as we hadn't received any communication, and were eventually told it had been measured incorrectly and a new screen would need to be made. We were told it would be installed 'early the following week'. A week passed, with no communication from Regency, and when phoned we are now being told it will be 'another week'. None of these delays have been communicated to us proactively, and we have had to call and enquire as to why Regency have failed to deliver upon what we agreed on. Each day Regency fall behind, our family incurs more real costs and puts us further out of step with our other trades. We currently have a giant piece of glass precariously balancing in our bedroom that Regency have refused to remove, which is preventing other work completely unrelated to this job from progressing. Our home is not a dumping ground for incorrectly measured stock. That's the state of the industry" is an unacceptable excuse."
