this seller sold product on graysonline, then on pick up ghosted me, currently i have raised the issue with graysonline

On 23 December 2022 I bought 2 latex pillows. After payment I noticed that I purchased crumbled latex. 0n 24 th December I asked for my order to be cancelled. After 4 emails still no word. Then I receive the pillows. I got in contact with Gerarrd team Manager again. Finally he replied and advised me to return them. I personally went a took the pillows to warehouse and took photos of my parcel and also sent an email to Gerarad advising of same and to date I have not received my refund I do have a dispute with PayPal.I do not know how they made Gerrad a team Manager when he does not reply to email. Or give customers support.He hasn't even replied to paypal dispute.

Bought a mattress topper and a pillow and they are amazing! Top quality for a reasonable price! Very good
