The entire menu is deserving of five stars. Everything tastes so good. The surroundings are good. Although not the finest, good. The staff are skilled and know how to complete the task effectively. The ninth meal is unquestionably the nicest item there. It's tiny, but really satisfying, and the ideal meal to pair it with is sweet tea! I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10.

Warrigal McDonald’s need to get their act together . Slow service at drive thru all the time . I received a melting ice cream cone once and another time, I got a sausage and egg McMuffin which was missing the sausage patty!!! Good thing I check my order before I drive off .

i hate bad feedback but i have to.this time . Everyone, beware! This was the worst experience ever! I do not recommend it at all. On Saturday afternoon at 6 pm, I was driving through with my kids, and no one was at the cashier window. I stopped at the pick-up window and honestly told the staff that I had not been charged and had not even finished my order. The staff gave me a really weird look and asked me to wait, even though there were 3-4 cars waiting behind me too. After waiting for a long time, they asked me to drive through again. I did, and then finished my order, of course paid in full. but when I picked it up, firstly, one drink was missing, secondly, the other drinks were only half-full, and furthermore, one burger was missing. At the end, the fries were undercooked too. All those mistakes, the staff blamed on me, saying I didn't pay the first time (because there was no one at the cashier window), which confused them.It was a complete ordeal, and I didn't deserve this at all.I am very disappointed. I always believed that McDonald's training was the best, but now this underwood store seems that they still need to adjust their internal training mechanism to catch up with the most basic customer service standards.

I would compare my Maccas experience today to that of needing to renew a licence at a TMR. The customers mood was dull, everyone looked like they had been waiting an eternity and the staff all looked like they were waiting for there lunch breaks. Despite this there was one champion making the burgers who ended up coming out to bag up" a few orders and get things moving along

Ordered from this store literally this morning and the only good thing about the food was ACTUALLY recieving straws for my drinks. Food was stale and cold and looked like whoever made the burgers was on a 90 degree angle. The bun wasnt even on the burger it was diagonal

Worst staff I've ever seen, I'm an uber delivery driver and waiting at the delivery section for 5-10 minutes and none is coming to attend, even though order is ready but still no one's comin.........

Everything is cold and stale. I ordered a a mcchicken with 4 patty things and it tasted like it came from the floor. It even had a little ant crawling on the chicken. Absolutely disgusted and will never return ever again. The burgers are legit better at hungry jacks

Totally disappointed with the food. Ordered a special meal Three for $3.95"Never thought it just gave you 2/3 of the coke and 1/3 of the small chip. The worst never ended

I have lived in Eight Mile Plains for 10 years and always go to this local McDonald's for my kids. But today I had the worst experience. Ordered happy meals and frozen mixed fenta drinks. Waited for 15mins no calling for my number. Went there and asked the first girl didn't know anything just turned around and walked inside. Staff walking around all ignored me. Second girl with grey shirt served me and told me the mixed flavour frozon drinks were not availabl. But why didn't you tell me earlier? Asked her why the drinks were still on your order list. Did she say sorry? NO!! She said they are still fixing the machines. When i asked my money back for the frozen drinks she didn't even want to give the happy meals jucies to me. I have paid the whole happy meal but don't want to give me the juice? ??? What's wrong with you???

Attended today and the entrance floor was covered in rubbish, bin was overflowing and at least one table in need of cleaning. Inside there was at least 4 tables with rubbish on them, bins overflowing, a drink spilt on the ground that was just left there. The counter was covered in rubbish with the display falling down. I had to raise my voice to get the attention of staff as they ignored myself and another customer. The server had an attitude that made it seem like I was an inconvenience to him and that he did not want to be there.Do not recommend.
