Fantastic Health Club.I was feeling tired, run down and no motivation. I was looking for a gym that I didn’t feel uncomfortable, didn’t have any mirrors to make you feel intimidating and had a personal trainer on hand.Jess, Kate and all staff at Zone Health are a great team, small classes which enables you to have that one on one support each and every session, moving through each zone and changing things up keeps me motivated and with the staff encouraging you all the way.My lifestyle has completely changed, I am feeling alive and moving.Thanks Zone Health

I've been a member at Zone HC for almost three years and love the challenge the trainers give, small PT managed classes and different workouts daily. Access to tanita scales, recovery tools and different levels of workouts to suit all levels of fitness is a massive bonus too! Great location and loads of parking.

When you go to a gym, you know you are going to grunt, groan, huff, puff, cry and maybe swear a tad. And what you need in that environment is encouragement, support and friendly faces.The staff at Zone, led by owner Chris and manager Jess, and trainers Kait and Lisa are supportive in every way. Whilst they encourage you to push a bit harder each time you attend, they are mindful of your limitations.Would recommend anyone wanting to get back into a gym or to try a gym for the first time to give Zone a try.

Zone 123 has such a great vibe, the sessions are always different and the trainers always motivating. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. I walk away feeling like I have worked out hard, but also had some fun. Well done Chris, you have created a gym that is supportive and friendly and certainly not intimidating. All the trainers are great especially Irma.

I have tried many gyms over the years only to stop going within a few weeks. Zone 123 gym is different. The classes are small and friendly, a trainer at each session, and with different sessions throughout the week. The staff are great – encouraging, motivating and offer guidance when needed. I never, ever thought a gym would work for me, but for the first time in my life, I can honestly say, I love going to the gym. I am now on my 10th week of attending and look forward to continuing for many months and hopefully years to come. Thanks to all the staff at Zone 123.

I’ve only been using this gym for 4 weeks. What a great atmosphere. I’m a woman in my mid sixties who doesn’t like gyms. But zone health is very different, no mirrors, all ages of men & women. You are personally talked through all the exercises. It’s like having your own personal trainer. Great atmosphere & friendly. Well done zone health gym.

Great gym! Unlike other gyms, Zone Health Club have a completely different format of small group classes. The staff are always friendly, providing individual attention and support every session as well as catering for everyone's needs and abilities. Highly recommend this gym, particularly if you find gyms a bit daunting, the Zone Health Club is the place for you.

I love the workouts offered here - small groups, fun routines, friendly staff and great members…you’ll meet so many new people! The time goes so quickly & you’ll never get bored, as the workouts are rarely the same.Being in my late 40’s I wanted a place to exercise where I felt welcomed and that offered a workout with safe options - not a ‘one size fits all’ approach. I’ve gained so much strength & energy in a few short months without even really trying & the chronic lower back pain I had for over 2 years before joining is basically gone (thanks to the attention of the instructors, making sure I only did moves, or used weights that wouldn’t aggravate my back).

I've been going to Zone123 Gym for 5 weeks now, 6 days a week and this has to be the best Gym on the Sunshine Coast! So far I've had a different work out every session-so much variety. Chris and his team make it fun, small classes of no more than 8 people and totally supervised and you get pushed just beyond your current level which is awesome. Caters for all fitness levels..great value for money and the other members of the classes are so friendly and welcoming...get down there!!
