I went to return or exchange a dog harness unused and still in its box but I had lost the receipt. The young lady serving was very polite and apologetic but I was extremely disappointed with their no returns after 2 weeks policy. Won't be buying from this chain again.

Lovely shop to visit. Very clean and tidy. I personally love going there to see the visit the variety of they have available. Got our very first set of tropical fish. In which the staff were more than helpful with information in what we needed, from heating, and pump to food they require.

My family and just got two new puppy and one of us walk up to look for a hunise for our new puppy and the just when about there business just doing what that did that may so I we all walkout. Of the store so I don't like after that time

Service, staff etc. all good, except the displayed prices do not correspond to what is charged at cash register I.e. I purchased a bag of dog food for the advertised price on the shelf for 102 dollars , however when I went to pay the attendant charged me 130 dollars, so I showed him the advertised price, he proceeded to take the price tag away and said that was wrong and said he could not help me. I replied that it was false advertising and he said he could not help me, needless to say I won’t be back since this is the second occurrence at this store, I buy online from petcircle now
