Local couple Geoff and Merrilyn Horman are depicted in this work by Melbourne artist Rone. Unfortunately the work is faded and poor Merrilyn isn't at all visible. Meals and accommodation available at the Minapre Hotel which also boasts a milk bar and coffee shop. Nearby is the Stockman's Hut Gallery which charges $5 admission and this includes complimentary tea or coffee. The gallery and grounds make up for the disappointment of the silo art.

The detail in the artwork is surprising, it isn't until you study them you see things like facial wrinkles, chest hair, lettering on a shirt button and other things.

One of the many silos and the furthest for us on the silo art trail. We saw several that day with about 9 hours of driving from Avoca and will save some for next time. Well worth a visit.

A bit difficult to make out as the colours are similar to the silo and depending on how much sunlight there is. Still worth going to and seeing it.
