Lovely venue, so many drinks with fantastic service from Carl. So many rounds to the point we only got served water. So responsible and good feeds all round.

Went there with family, great bar staff, Carl needs an epic shout out!!! He knows his stuff and was super nice. Offered the kids free drinks when the air hockey table didn't work, super apologetic. All the staff were cool. Feed was simple pub stuff but pretty good, kept the kids happy!!! Which makes us happy!!!

It's nice, not much people there which is great. The pokie machines are always clean the toilets not so much. The staff are nice except one older woman who has a mean face and looks like she'd rather be at a funeral than work there.

We visited the highpoint hotel last night for a catch up with friends, first and last time we will go thereThe whole place was filthy, the food took forever to come and when it did, was inedible. I had the southern fried chicken burger which wad so overcooked that I couldn't even bite the meat and my partner had to eat the steak sandwich with a knife because it was so toughThe staff were friendly though and were doing a great job

I have been coming here for years but since renovations it has declined dramatically the hygiene of the toilets is disgusting the food is atrocious the menu is outdated and don't even bother ordering a parmigiana it is vile. The staff are the only highlight especially the veteran RITA she is always ready to help and greet the customers with a friendly smile to boot. Keep up the service and I will keep coming back only for that.

The hotel was quiet and great place for a catch up when the mall is too packed and noisy. The manager Brenton was very nice and helpful, however the food wasn't nice at all. Everything we ordered tasted stale and wasn't appetising. Some improvement on the menu would be helpful.

Not the best food here, wouldn’t have it again if it was half price. The steak was over cooked dry and tough. The Parma again was dry and over cooked. Felt really rushed by the staff member when I went to order and there was no one waiting as it was a Sunday and the venue was dead.

I’ve come to this place for 2 years now and the food has seriously gone down hill. I used to love eating here and now avoid it. A few times I’ve tried booking tables here and when I arrived the table was never reserved. Tonight I asked what time the kitchen closes and was told 9. I tried to order food before 9 and was told the kitchen was closed. At no fault of the server because that’s what they were told. it was due to lazy kitchen staff that wanted to finish early. Not to mention the food is below average and the kitchen aren’t even bothered to serve the food with the sauces that are on the menu.

Hi, I recently visited the highpoint hotel and found the staff extremely friendly, particularly Rita, she has a delightful personality and made us feel extremely comfortable. It made the experience all the more enjoyable even though we weren't very lucky. Well done staff, you make it worthwhile to visit.
