I just want the say a big thank you to Paul Lahood & his whole team. They are absolutely brilliant in the way they handled my mum's funeral last month. It was not only a very difficult time for my dad, myself & my family, but the lockdown restrictions & strict covid rules made everything much more challenging & complicated. However, Paul Lahood Funerals knew exactly what to do and how to do it in order to ease the pressure & worry off us. The staff are extremely empathetic & they do all these little extra things that make such a difference to the overall experience. Especially Grace, who went out of her way many times during the process, to make sure we were happy with everything they provided. And the way she handled herself & knew exactlly what to do to make us feel comfortable at a very fragile time is just a testament to the outstanding job that Paul Lahood Funerals do, not just at my mum's funeral, but every single time I have attended a funeral (and there have been way too many recently) that they have been servicing. At the height of the pandemic situation, they did the best job possible and we are very grateful that we could give my mum the send off that we did. Definitely very highly recommended as a funeral service provider. They are the best funeral service provider in all of Australia.

I don't think there are more caring and professional people in the industry that the Paul's and their staff. A brilliant mix of years of experience combined with the drive and resilience of the younger. Every thing was perfect, well planned, well prepared for any eventuality, etc.Nothing was rushed, nothing was a problem, if it was possible it didn't stay a problem for long.Thanks for helping to make a sad and depressing time transform unit a celebration of mums life, loves, and friendships.

I would like to thank Latisha from Paul Lahoods Funeral Service for an incredibly hearfelt and personal service for my cousin Sheldon. In one of the most difficults times of our lives, she touched us deeply by her caring, understanding, empathy and compassion and personal touch. As a cultural funeral bringing my cousin back home to country and family was done with respect and acceptance of our needs culturrally. I and my family chose Paul Lahood funerals when my mother passed at the end of April. We chose his company because of the excellent service he gave when my brother died in 2017.My mother died at home, so Paul's team had to come to the house to collect her. They were respectful and empathetic - so comforting at such a difficult moment. The main reason we engaged the services of Paul is that he listens carefully to the detail of what you want. Staff who attend on the day are very professional; flowers on the casket, astounding, and world class vehicles. He takes steps to make it easier on the day. A good funeral director is visible on the day, ensures that everything is in place but is not intrusive. His work ensured thatmy mother's funeral was a wonderful tribute to her life.

My mum passed away and we obviously didn't know much about the whole procedure regarding funerals but I knew what I wanted for my mum and what I expected, Paul Lahood Funerals Services came highly recommended from people me and my sister knew. Paul Lahood Jnr came to see us and although it was hard working out what to pick Paul made the process so simple and painless, nothing was a problem for him and I mean nothing was out of his domain to organise for us. The drivers were polite, respectful and organised, mum had the privilege to be taken to the church etc in a amazing hearse that is exclusive to Paul Lahood Funeral services in the world , it might be just a hearse you say but knowing my mum's final trip was done in total class was nice , the flowers that Paul Lahood organised for the top of the coffin were magical, everyone commented on them , the cars the service , the level of professionalism and respect was noticed by everyone , it honestly felt genuine and real, I've been to funerals that the funeral organiser was running the ceremony like it was a gala event , it just felt so fake and annoying. My mum's day went so smoothe , Paul Lahood services still believe in good old Fashioned service with respect, give me that any day over fake money hungry businesses.
