Dean at Reilly’s was awesome. We bought an induction cooktop with a wok burner, exhaust fan and a condenser dryer. Brilliant! He was so knowledgeable, so helpful. Can’t say enough about the experience. Thank you, Dean!

Don't be fooled into thonking you're getting the greatest deal since fried eggs if you buy from a national retailer. You're not. Interest free? It's a mirage!Just bought a fridge from Lachie at Reilly's. Great person to deal with. I made an error re size of unit. Had to get a slightly smaller size and ended up with a more expensive fridge but for the same price! Excellent.Delivery was spot on time. Installation was as smooth as clockwork - thanks Steve and your mate.Reilly's is a family owned and operated local business that has stood the test of time. Wow!! So very impressed with our experience with Glenn at Reilys… recently we bought new appliances for our kitchen renovations from the moment we walked in the door we knew we were in great hands. He was so thorough going through options and what would work the best for us and our needs not only did he go above and beyond with his knowledge but even delivered the sink and cooktop to the kitchen place for the benchtops to be cut and measured! Now that is next level service! Weeks later our dishwasher blew up so I contacted Glenn straight away and once again he took care of us straight away and had a new one delivered and old one taken away the very next day. Glenn/Reillys will be our only stop now for anything we need down the track and would absolutely highly recommend anyone to shop there and experience amazing service yourself!!

The salesman was uninformative and didnt know anything about the product he was selling much better advice at Harvey Norman to be honestI would have rather purchased form a local family owned company than a large national franchise

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. No pressure sales, were just happy to show me my options. I went in only knowing a life of top loaders. I now have a front loader and will never look back! The delivery driver was amazing aswell. Quick clean installation and even showed me how to use the machine before he left. Thankyou all for for your A1 service!

I brought a washing machine from them, had it delivered and installed, great service.First wash it had a leak, no problems, they came out same day and swapped it over.Great customer service, i would highly recommend Reilley's and definitely shop there again.

Excellent customer service, rarely have i had a more positive customer experience than my recent purchase at Reilly's designer appliances in bendigo.I ordered a particular dryer online at 9pm. The next day Glenn called me and we discussed replacement options due to the temporary unavailability of this one. He walked me through options, knowledgeable on my requirement and we decided on an alternative model and he offered a delivery for the following day. I mentioned I may not be available (wife is due to give birth) only a few hours later that same day my drier was delivered. Ordered 9pm, delivered 3pm the following day. Exceptional service and I will be thoroughly recommending this business.
