Outstanding service friendly staff I'm glad I'm with workskill

Extremely poor service 23rd Aug 2022 no apology given by Fiona (Fremantle)for calling and leaving a message about not attending an appointment Dismissed me by saying “you were exempt anyway” the call was made whilst sitting in the Workskill office Fremantle with Eliza who mentioned I did not need to come in as I was exemptI mentioned it’s common courtesy to let the person know as I was responding to a textextremely dysfunctional serviceI do not wish to use this disrespectful service again for the inconvenience caused time wasted and unprofessional attitude.

I work full time and also study part time and still have to attend appointments here.It is discrimination because I am an indigenous single mother.They never answer the phone, schedule appointments without telling me and then cut off my (very small) Centrelink assistance when I don’t attend - either because I’m not aware or because I’m at work!Workskil claim to send letters in the post notifying me of appointments. This really isn’t helpful when the appointment is within the next 2 days and the post obviously hasn’t arrived yet.Workskil have done nothing to help me. They did not help me pay for my work uniforms, they did not help me pay for anything required for my study. They only asked that I sign documents stating that Workskil found me employment, which is false. This is called FRAUD. I refuse to sign it, you will not receive an allowance for ‘finding’ me work when i was working before even being entered into this stupid system.

EDIT: Did Joanne go to her appointment on Friday morning? Seems like she met her targets. Well done Joanne.I have never dealt with this company before, yet I receive calls or messages daily regarding a Joanne.I have said every single time you have the wrong number and am always told it will be deleted so I am not bothered again.. yet I am still receiving messages and calls.Please check your clients details are correct!!!
