Queens Park Pool

has a great family friendly pool for reasonable low cost entry. baby pool with frog that had an open mouth to become a little water slide is a very big hit for the little ones. There is also another pool for slightly bigger children/teenagers which is perfect height at low end of .85mrtre and I believe around 1m at deep end for kids learning to be confident in water allowing them to pretty much just be able to stand up in the water without fear of not having their head out of water. The bigger pool with multiple swimming lanes or recreation is also quite decent size and water is perfect levels of chemicals／undiluted water giving it a fresh pleasant soothing feeling upon entering without leaving you smelling of too much cleaning chemicals after leaving the water! heaps of grass areas for groups to congregate at for their leisurely sun exposure until wanting to enter the water and has a canteen tuckshop in-between two smaller pools for refreshments for everybody! really well kept pools and lots of families there would recommend this place anyway as it also has a very scenic park right next door to walk around or enjoy the lake view.

My favourite local pool. Fairly basic, Olympic length, outdoor and inside Queens Park (which is just lovely). Unpretentious, easily accessible. Good fees. Unfortunately only open during spring/summer but still my favourite place to go for a dip. The canteen has been closed for a while, unsure why. Not that it matters overly so, there are plenty of places nearby to get food from. 9/10 would swim again.

Amazing clean pool, lots of grassy chill spots and SUN CHAIRS! Staff are friendly, as are the locals. LOVE the ducks hanging around too.

Staff are arrogant and rude. Customer service doesn’t hurt anyone… nice outdoor pool. Leaves need a sweep up in the pool and out.

Gorgeous minimalistic outdoor pool with a park and food options nearby. Excellent for morning laps. Decent spaces poolside to chill. Very peaceful. Unfortunately on busy days they seem to really struggle with communicating capacity updates to social media. You can see green lights online only to discover a long wait to get in when you arrive. Line management is old-school queuing, there are some seats and tree shade and staff offered water bottles to people in line, but if it's a public holiday and it's hot, it doesn't hurt to be prepared for a wait. Would advise making a phone call first if in doubt. Would love to see the ability to book ahead for peak times next season. On quieter days it's bliss.

Nice big pool and grass shaded area.Busy day and they seemed understaffed. Not many drink/food options inside. Buy nice fish and chips shop and cafes across the road

Very unhappy with the service I received there. After calling ahead three times none the less and then enquiring online about availability today. (I was told yes online and none of my calls were answered to which they denied even hearing the phone ring, they soon changed their tune once I showed them my call log.) I get there to find it at capacity (Other pools put this on their online page and when you ring they notify you, bizarre QP Pool can't manage that), totally unacceptable. People in the cue had been there for over 30 mins I was told by the duty manager, dissmissive and of pimpled youth, in the sun, where I can only imagine some were very hungover still from new year. So not only this it is a health hazard. I then got an uber to another pool but as I left I saw QP Pool pretty much empty. Very poor service, I believe I should have at least been granted entry to the pool without joining the cue (I personally don't agree with cues) or even a voucher to compensate me for my time and inconvenience. On previous occasions I have found the water to be somewhat cold and murky and the pool full of badly behaved children. This whole sorry mess was actually a blessing in disguise as I discovered another pool in Pascoe vale, I had never been to. It was clean, spacious and there were few children. Perfect swimming water and very friendly staff. In future I would not waste my time with Queens Park.

We took our 19 month old to the kids pool and she loved it! Lots of shaded area to bring a picnic. Kids pool was clean and the little frog slide was a lot of fun. This place is really nice because of the outdoor grass areas and the surrounding trees/view of the lake. You feel like your part of nature and not just at some concrete swimming venue .
