The kids love going to this solid old-style takeaway and still call it Smokin' Guns even though it has been the Half Way cafe for ages. Simple and not expensive. Tasty, generally freshly cooked to order rather than from a fried batch left idling in the bain marie. 11-year olds give the chicken medallions a 12 out of 10.
