If you want feel belittled and looked down upon, come to this store! Went with my toddler and the male behind the counter was so cold and so rude to us we left in an instant. After reading all the reviews, it is clear that the male is prejudice and rude, zero customer service. The fact that there are no responses to all the reviews saying he is rude and doesn't like children in his store proves that they are true.We don't need stores like this in Kew, as a matter of fact we don't need stores with service like this on the planet. Do yourself a favour buddy and learn some manners and respect and people will give it back to you.Would never give my hard earned money to this store.

I’m amazed how rude the owner is. My 3 year old daughter was so upset outside the store because the owner had hurt her feelings with his false accusation. I’m not sure why they have so many toys when they don’t want children browsing. We were only browsing but he told my daughter not to play with the toys". We were very neat

HOW RUDE CAN A SHOP OWNER BE??? The male shop owner got to be champion of all champions. Disgusting attitude. Customers DO NOT OWE you money.

Not surprised to see so many comments about the rude boss. Continue being bossy and soon the shop will close. Make sure you show the same attitude when you queue outside Centrelink.

They are the worst. CS is so bad, don't ever go there, they will knowingly destroy your package, n not even be sorry about it. They are so bad, it's utterly disgusting.

JOHN IS THE BEST EVER literally tried soo hard to get me taylor swift tickets, i had lost most hope but he kept trying when he absolutely didn’t have to and EVENTUALLY I GOT TWO! can’t thank him enough, so so lovely and sweet of him. getting those tickets was all credit to him and i am so grateful

Well, good on the Trolls, above! John, Cassie and the staff are wonderful here. Always go over and above. Their selection of cards, giftware and execution of Tatts is exceptional. Saying they should be @ Centrelink proves that you trolls have NO idea about running a business! By the way,, John runs a great shop, NOT a Kindergarten, Perhaps you should look after your children and allow them to run around rather than a place of business? Keep up the great work guys!

Customer service is pathetic there. People are nasty there. My friend got treated very poorly by the ownerThey had the parcel there but didn’t give him. Later someone else brought the parcel from the back and when he showed to the owner he snatched the parcel and put it at back and said now you cannot have it. I wish i was joking or lying but unfortunately i am not.(EDIT: so you are saying all of the reviews are wrong too?) also you trying to play with the words. You snatched the parcel and kept it at the back doesn’t mean at back room or somewhere. It meant at the back at the counter. So if you really want to play with words you can. As that will be the only thing you will be doing if you keep treating your customers like this.

amazing experience! me and my friend came to get taylor swift tickets on the day of the general sale. they were incredibly calm, helpful and kind during this very stressful time and managed things very well. they went out of their way to make sure that everyone was well taken care of. thank you for your 10/10 service
