If you want to experience a mesmerising view while being seated down with a drink and great food with a million dollar worth service, this is your place to go.We reached the restaurant when lunch service was done and they were closed busy trying to prepare for evening service. They were kind enough to sit in and order food. Jace went out of the way to get us oysters at the table when he said he could get us Pizza and Chips given lunch service was closed. Food was great and Had one of the best Long Island Ice Tea with that great view in front.Big shout out to the folks at the restaurant for the awesome service!!!! Definitely recommend anyone who is around lake eildon to drop in. The place is now called El Lago.

Great experience! The food was well above average. We ordered beef skewer and arancini, and I highly recommend both dishes. The staff are friendly, helpful, and caring. However, remember that if you haven't booked a table, you might have to wait longer than usual to be served. The Australian hospitality industry has a severe labour shortage, and this place is no exception. Remember that everyone is trying their best to make your visit a pleasant experience. So, be patient and enjoy the amazing scenery. The food will be worth the wait.

Booked here to bring our friends from NZ for our last night out of our long weekend away. The views from the terrace seating were amazing. The food was also fantastic. The sea food plater for one was just yummy. The prawns were huge and tasty, and the combination of the items in the platter went well together. The chicken Parma was also a big hit. Moist and plenty of cheese with ham and tomato sauce.The staff here were really nice. Helpful and friendly. Made you want to come back and we definitely will.

Friendly staff and a really great vibe. went on Saturday night to watch the footy and have a few drinks. We were seated outside with a fire and got to enjoy the beautiful view. only feedback would be that the Margarita and garlic pizzas I ordered were not great, however everyone else meals such as lasagna or chips were all excellent. I would definitely go back and unhesitantly recommend to anyone else.

Now this is fancy. Felt a little bit out of place cos it’s so fancy. Stunning views over the water. The location is absolutely on point. Good selection on the menu. Great place to come for a meal and drinks especially if you’ve got a boat.

That's the view from this restaurant, breathtaking, we had a seafood platter, pizza and some drinks, To be honest, the food were fresh and delicious but with such an amazing view, the taste of food is on the next level. The restaurant is warm and clean, even outside is a bit cold but there is nothing you need to be worried, just enjoy your time with Eild bar & Cafe
