Byron Bay Weddings

Byron Bay Weddings were an absolute dream to work with. They made the wedding planning process so effortless and exciting, as wedding planning should be. The amount of care and detail that our planner Maddie put into making our day perfect was outstanding. I'm so glad we chose Byron Bay Weddings to plan our day. We got married on 7th May 2022 at Byron View Farm and the day went off without a hitch. We had to make last minute changes due to incoming wet weather and they whole on the day team made it seamless, and the end result was outstanding. We feel so lucky to have had our dream day come true thanks to Byron Bay Weddings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends or family getting married.

Byron Bay Weddings are truly the best in the business! I was absolutely blown away by their professionalism and attention to detail - they are worth every cent. Our personal planner (Maddie) was so kind and thoughtful throughout the planning process, patiently guiding us and presenting decisions in bite sized chunks so it never felt overwhelming. The crew on the day (Rhonda, Mateus and co) were absolute stars! They were so behind the scenes I didn’t even know they were there - it was like fairies were organising my wedding and making sure everything ran so smoothly and all delicious food and drinks were in guests hands at all times. Thank you for everything!!

Absolutely beautiful! The long tables in a rustic setting was an experience in itself. The dance area inside was a little small if you have a lot of guests and they put on heaters as it happen to be freezing. They allowed the dogs to be ring bearers which very cute. And the food was delicious.The whole experience from ceremony to reception was beautiful. I would suggest that for speeches to maybe have a pedestal for speakers so people could see who was speaking and maybe a better setup for drinks for large numbers of people.

Before booking our venue - Fig Tree Restaurant, the whole planning process seemed a little overwhelming and daunting. However, once we booked and began working with Byron Bay Weddings, specifically Sophie our planner, it was clear we were in safe hands. Sophie was a pleasure to work with, Sophie was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient, nothing was ever a problem. Sophie made the whole planning process a dream, she guided us through every planning module, kept us on track and was there to answer all the many questions we had along the way. BBW think of everything, even when the weather was looking like it is going to pour with rain, we were reassured and comforted by the fact they had every possible contingency plan ready to go. We couldn’t have achieved our most perfect day without them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My husband and I got married at Fig Tree Restaurant last weekend and our expectations of the day were blown out of the water. Byron Bay Weddings went above and beyond to make every single detail and part of the day super special. Annabel, our wedding planner, was so lovely, organised and helpful - keeping us on track to organise all our suppliers, seating, decorations etc - the list goes on! Jimmy and Rhonda and the rest of the team were all so kind on the days leading up to the wedding and afterwards. Honestly, everything went so smoothly. We stayed in The Dairy accommodation on site - it is so beautiful and comfortable. There are so many bespoke details that the team put in to make the whole experience so special - we felt incredibly spoilt and well looked after. The team handled rain on the day like pros - waiting until it passed so we could have our ceremony outdoors like we wanted. They were so calm and reassuring throughout everything - we were in such good hands! Every moment was organised and planned for - there was not a single second that felt uncomfortable or disorganised. I can't recommend these guys enough. The food was also amazing - this is not your average wedding food - it is high quality ingredients and delicious feasting food. Thank you again to Byron Bay Weddings - for everything!

Where to begin! From start to finish Che and his team were so welcoming. Every time we entered the Fig tree we felt at home. Jimmy was a massive part of our wedding day, calming personality, a real pleasure to have with us on the day. Maddie!! My extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable ray of sunshine.
