Lovely little place, table service was quick and efficient.Only issue was the drinks came out wrong, but quickly sorted.Also the coke tasted a bit strange, more like zero, but likely just a syrup issue as the frozen coke was fantastic.

Absolutely disgusting experience, didn't get any of our order except for a happy meal and drinks for a family of 5 and was told by the management that it wasn't their problem".If you can't manage your staff to ensure that they are doing their job then don't be a manager!Avoid this maccas!!"

Just went through Drive through and wow what a poor show. Boy who took order was great, girl at collection window forgot her brain today. Cokes were half full, and both our 10 packs of nuggets only had 9 nuggets in each box.. pretty sure this is how they make a profit by shoe changing on meals..

Would Maccas Kallangur please stop making coffee because you don’t know how it make it. We bought two long blacks and they had so much sediment in the bottom it was disgusting and couldn’t drink and had to was out my mouth. !!!!!!!!!

Ordered delivery through the MyMacca’s app , 3 happy meals & a medium meal for my 3 kids and I who are home sick. Somehow this was too hard and they completely missed my daughters chips & 6 nuggets. Very incompetent. I rang and was offered a free happy meal which is fine but still so disappointing. Won’t be choosing this store again.

This place takes the cake with being the worst ever maccas!! Last night was the last straw for me, we ordered $80 worth of food and all we got was rubbish, the burgers looked like they were just thrown against the wall then packed and given to us. You ever mention to any of the stuff that they have messed up your order and they look at you like with the filthiest looks?. Worst customer service worst organisation worst food quality, worst place ever all-round!!!! So sick of this place will be going to Murrumba downs from now on!!! management, need to be trained better and trained to know how to train there staff

Honestly pretty disappointing Maccas. No maccas is good and you go there because it's reliable and you know what you're getting. Nothing great, nothing horrible. Just reliable.However, McDonald's Kallangur is a complete joke of a fast food joint. Fast" is a joke as it takes far too long to get your food

Perhaps one McDonald's you want to avoid.Seems the management there believes it's ok for staff new and old to make a cheese burger without the main componentWhen asked about it was told that I was being pedantic, no apology, and he wonders why I threw the burger at him.Guess that hurt his feelings and decided to lay assault charges on meIf they make a mistake with your order perhaps just ignore and never go back
