First time using and was happily surprised by the great customer service provided.Staff were cheerful friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed at all times. First time I had my car serviced at Midas Darlington after 15 yrs from a mobile mechanic.Manager called Rob was brilliant. Honest and upfront what was required with updated feedback on my car service. Great price and will be back. Very happy.

Rob was up front, direct and I received a call before any maintenance/services were performed with what is required and price.What was a pleasant surprise on picking up my vehicle, was a small bag of minties and small bottle of air freshener left in my car. My usual mechanic I’ve used for years retired. Was great to speak with Rob and trusted him and his team to do the right thing, which they did. Will definitely be taking my car back for anything that is required.

When my car broke down and had to be towed to Midas at Darlington recently I was full of trepidation.I was loaned a car so I could do my normal duties for the day and my car was repaired efficiently and economically by the end of the day. I was delighted with the excellent customer service and prompt repairs which were done without any fuss and very professionally.It has been running beautifully since and I am very grateful to Rob and his team.

Thanks for your great work. The team at Midas Darlington are always very efficient with their service. The only place ago since 2014. Quality of work is always great. If they have to replace/ fix something they give you a call first to make sure you are happy with what they are going to do. I like the fact that they show me the item replaced and really take time in showing me the functionality of the item and how it will improve the car’s performance. Highly recommend!

Honest and reliable service don't rip you off and really professional to deal with they tell the truth. We had our Brakes done didn't know if it needed front and back done when hubby picked the car up they said only the back brakes needed doing which was what we thought. Most places would have said that both needed replacing but not these guy's . Highly recommend them to look after your car and make it safe .

Dropped past at 5pm in the hope they could shed some light on a battery issue I was having. Supercheap told me my battery was stuffed but they couldn’t fit it. The tech at Midas (not sure of his name) checked it out and was extremely clear in his explanations and disagreed with the initial diagnosis. Given my battery was $329, I was pretty happy that these guys took the time to actually look at my problem and not just charge me for a new battery. First time I’ve ever been to a mechanic and not felt uneasy about whether I was being ripped off or not. I wish all of my car interactions had been like this! Problem still persisting but I’ll be seeing an auto elec just like Midas recommended. Thank you again for your honesty and doing the right thing, I work in IT and so the same for people with computers so I have a lot of respect for the mechanic who served me!

really amazing service from rob and his team, only reason i was able to drive up to see family for easter is because of them. they even fit me in to replace the break pads when they were closing early just because they knew i wouldn’t be able to see family if i didn’t get it fixed :(friendly, don’t rip you off, quick and great service 10/10 recommend, definitely coming back.

Very impressed with the level of service that Rob and his team provided at Midas. They were friendly, professional and we appreciated the communication - given up-front quotes with detailed explanations of the repairs that were required.
