Came in on Boxing Day with such a packed store but was still met with such awesome staff that were able to help me out. Special shout-out to Dan who helped me as much as he could. As a person who works in retail, I couldn’t have imagined this calibre of service on such a busy, full-on day. Kudos team!

Friendly staff members, however a little understaffed store. Environment is small and walkways are tight especially during peak hours. Great specials and great variety of brands. Seats can be increased for the benefit amd convenience of customer load.

Worst service EVER i just asked a lady whether she can help me find a shoe size and she straight up said “can’t u find it urself?” this is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend anyone to come here at all.

Just wanted to give the big shoutout and say thankyou to the team here at platypus, Ben in particular was unreal to deal with. From the moment I sat down to try some shoes on, he offered to help me with finding sizes and checking prices. I ended up walking out the door with 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of snowboard boots at some awesome prices. Thanks again Ben, your effort was very much appreciated.

Great customer service. The guy who helped us buy a pair of Doc Martens was friendly, but also gave us space and was not pushy. Selected styles on sale, but I the prices were not that different from retail. We bought a pair of cherry Docs and paid the same as we would have in any other store. The four stars are for the customer service and range, not the discounts.
