Jeanie is a superb yoga teacher, my Yoga Guru. I adore her. When she says yoga connects your mind, body and soul, she will mean it in every exercise she will make you do. The way she explains each move in her yoga class, you will realise how well your body is connected to the way you treat or handle your different body parts. She will develop deep love and a strong bond towards your own inner self in her classes and you will start loving your body and will feel motivated for each yoga class. I realise everytime and feel excited to see the way my body communicates with me in her yoga classes. Not only Jeanie encourages you to stretch to your maximum ability in her class, but she also ensures that you heal well before her class gets over. I hardly have any sore body parts after my yoga classes with her. I strongly recommend Jeanie's yoga classes, Awen Yoga, to establish peace within yourself along with keeping yourself fit and healthy.

I’ve attended Awen Yoga (Jeanie’s Yoga Class) several times and each time I leave feeling re-energised, grounded, happy and with increased muscle strength and balance. I love Jeanie’s gentle and guided approach, would highly recommend to everyone.

I realise just how lucky I was to find such a grounding, compassionate and inspiring yoga teacher in the Gold Coast. The only way to describe magical Jeanie at Awen Yoga is like she is a delicate mix of ethereal inner wisdom whilst also being an energetic powerhouse that is able to support her clients to step into their bodies and find flow. Through her yoga teachings she has supported me to unblock subconscious limiting beliefs and has supported me to find my true wisdom, strength and abundance. Jeanie teaches in a way that makes yoga accessible for everyone - when I joined her class I knew absolutely nothing about yoga - but I now have a solid understanding of physical alignment and generally the way my own body moves. Jeanie was beautifully able to support me to see there were a number of subconscious and energetic blocks that were inhibiting my flow of energy and she has supported me to understand how my body moves and to help me find a gentle flow. Jeanie a game-changer of a teacher!!!

Jeanie is the most beautiful soul. Kind and compassionate with a deep love , knowledge and understanding of yoga; which she generously shares with her students. I feel very fortunate to be guided by Jeanie.

Jeanie is a Super engaged and Calming Yoga Teacher especially for someone like myself at beginner level. Jeanie was able to give myself an awareness of my body, taking the time to connect with the wisdom, and pace of doing yoga.
