If you want to go on holiday and employ this mob to service your pool, expect a huge bill and a nice green swamp when you get back. Even with a few problems at the beggining of our 5 week trip, which were rectified, we still had to sort it out to be able to use it when we got back. Not what we expected when you pay a lot of money for them to do a reasonably simple job!!!

I've read the review and have come to one conclusion.... The store sounds great but the pool service is terrible. Lots and lots of expensive chemicals and a BIG HUGE BILL. I would not recommend this company to upkeep my pool.
