Michael is very knowledgable about Postal services and very proffessional under pressure. I have seen him get abuse from customers making racial slurs and comments, and those who didn't bring any ID (required by the APO) to collect parcels because he rightfully refused to give them the parcel. He is very helpful and very patient despite recieving this kind of abuse every other day, for no justifiable reason. I have never seen him behave unproffessionally. He is my go-to person for accurate postal information and I use his business to do 99% of my business mail aand all of my personal mail. Congratulations on being professional under fire from the badly behaved public at times. People like Michael are rare and should be appreciated and valued in business. Fantastic business, fantastic service.

Michael and his crew at Beaumaris Newsagency always try to go that extra mile when helping you out. New had a problem there.

the worst post office ever

Worst experience with the owner of all people, arrogance and trying to overcharge on parcel delivery when I asked why I couldn't use just a normal envelope he then continued to say he doesn't have change. Staff members are lovely however the owner is purely arrogant
