There was a man throwing cans of unopened cat food at people filling up there cars, staff did nothing.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. This is our local servo and can't fault the staff.

Fuel, food, cold drinks and emergency supplies like fuses, light bulbs, trailer hire and a car wash. Always guaranteed good fuel with BP Ultimate. Conveniently located, friendly staff. Coffee is not bad.

Always short staffed in the morning. Just to pay for fuel you have to wait until they finish making coffee. Very annoying. The air for tyres has been broken for as long as I can remember.I only ever get fuel in an emergency here, the prices are sometimes 20c more than Coles in Brendale....just look on fuel watch any day to see that.Some of the staff are really nice but some are a bit rude.

Went to get a car wash which I have been doing at bp servos for years ,told buy rude I think manager lady can’t go through because I have a bullbar ,a smooth alloy one ,so the other ten bps I’ve been through I can? Power tripping I think one stars too many

I'm a wheelchair user and the staff could not be more helpful or friendly! New staff are trained on the assistance requirements of a number of handicapped customers. Their petrol is not necessarily the lowest price but I go there for the quality of the staff and the service they provide.

Always the first to raise their fuel price and last to drop. When you work in the city and fuel there is 30c per litre cheaper for over a week during the cycle, well something is wrong.Edit - some 3 months on and after a patronising “you don’t understand our pricing model” response they are still the first to raise and last to lower prices, I have the data to prove it. Head into the city and stop an Shell, Puma, Ampol. Whilst still following the ridiculous fuel price cycle they at least play by the rules.

Attitude of Manager on duty 30/7/18 @ 11am absolutely sucks - simple question and all I got was aggression and finger pointing. Suggest you remember who the customer is - will drive up the road to Coles in future.Pity because the previous staff (ladies) were helpful and friendly.

Tried using the bp app, and they turned the pump off on me because im using my phone haha. Wasnt even near the pump and the attendant turned it off. Why have an app if your not allowed to use it
