I was looking for a blue slip inspection and when I called here, I was greeted by a very kind and professional employee. She tried her best to fit me into their available schedule and offered different alternatives.I managed to find the inspection somewhere else but will go here next time I need anything.Friendly service and I am sure the work they do will be great too.

Honestly the best customer experience I think I’ve ever had going to a mechanic! The supervisor Tom and one of the mechanics Lachlan looked after me so well after Toyota Newcastle sold me a lemon that almost killed me. The boys let me bring it in the moment it happened, they were able to identify the problem straight away, fixed it in 24hrs and even helped me take the problems to Toyota because I had no idea what I was talking about! I couldn’t recommend a better bunch of reliable genuine people to take your vehicles to!

Quality workmanship from the mechanics. bit of a misunderstanding with both parties but the owner was very open to chat and work with me. Our interaction really showed how much of an honest business this is and how seriously the owner takes pride in his business.
