Please DO NOT stay here. It’s filthy and a complete nightmare with horrible customer service. We had cockroaches in our room, the carpet was extremely dirty and the shower and hot water jug had mold everywhere and disturbingly smelly. I could go on and on about how bad this place is. We decided to checkout earlier then what we paid for due to obvious reasons and we even had photos. Yet we didn’t get any money back for the nights that we didn’t stay.

Don’t think I’ll be returning here.. rather pay $40 more and stay at the Mercure in the Bankstown Sports Club.. dirty carpet, chips and scratches all over furniture, yellow stains on bed mattress (wanted to see how clean they were), missing ceiling covers, masking tape repairs on tile floor, stains on curtains and seats.. disgusting… now I wonder what would I have seen if I used a black light… This place used to be good when I first stayed here a few times when they did their renovations, they don’t care about maintenance or proper upkeep..

The walls were VERY thin. The gentlemen staying in the room next to us was yelling all night and all day. The carpet is extremely dirty. Although these were the only negative things, it really ruined our holiday. We did not want to go back to the hotel because we felt very uncomfortable/frightened that the man was yelling constantly. The good features about this hotel is access to a smart TV (netflix and YouTube), split system and new towels. Parking is also convenient.

On arrival first impression was not good,rubbish everywhere in car park, check in was good, in the room the throw pillow in the bed had mould on it, the toilet seat was broken,the shower was clean and the bed was ok, heater didn’t work and couldn’t find extra blanket. On departure staff were nice again.

If you want to sleep for work I suggest going to Rydges. Kids were up playing and screaming till about 10.30/11pm (I understand its the school holidays). Paper thin walls, all I could hear was the couple in the room next to me at it like rabbits. UNTIL I slapped the wall a few times. breakfast was average.

Rooms are large. What let it down was a super small, no brand fridge, that did not cool and caused my food to go off within 24 hours.Gentleman at reception was very helpful and provided me with a larger fridge.Great service, thank youEntry to hotel is a little tricky and is on busy road

Poor quality room, smells like cigarettes, burn marks everywhere. Poor hot water and water pressure. Poor wifi connection. No room service as was advertised. Very poor excuse for a buffet breakfast which did cost extra. Terrible value overall. Damsucus restaurant was great.
